There is a 44 year old patient of Dr Toth's , who just a baby naturally about one year after being treated by Dr Toth. She also went to NYU Fertility Center, Cornell and Columbia, and they found nothing.
She had no success and they of course suggested donor eggs. Dr Toth found that she indeed had an infection, and she finally had success after many many failures and at a late age. There are many cases like hers.

I think at our age, it is catching the right egg and being right there when it happens with as many eggs as possible.
That said, I'm curious as to your thoughts re: egg quality and the higher stims.
My RE [reproductive endocrinologist] has gotten 47 year olds pregnant, and a friend of 46 years old had twins with high stims and blasts recently.
